Reiki Packages

Beginner Level - includes 3 combined 121 Guidance and Reiki sessions and 3 coaching sessions (complete within 2 months).

Intermediate Level - includes 6 combined 121 Guidance and Reiki sessions and 6 coaching sessions (complete within 4 months).

Advanced Level - includes 10 combined 121 Guidance and Reiki sessions and 10 coaching sessions (complete within 8 months).

This combines One to One Guidance with Reiki Treatments. Each session will last one hour, with 30 minutes Guidance then 30 minutes Reiki. You are also entitled to 30 minute clarity calls, which can be booked where you need extra help and support. You will also be asked to do work on yourself between each session, using reflection tools, to ensure you are processing and staying on track.
To take part in this opportunity, you must book onto one of the three packages and schedule each session in advance. Ideally, booking a session twice a month. All sessions will in Uxbridge, Middlesex.

Breath Work Packages

Breath Work is an action therapy, not a talk therapy and uses a simple connected breath technique, to help change the state of your consciousness. Enabling you to heal unresolved issues, and process suppressed emotions in order to let go, and heal past traumas. Relieving this load clears blocked stagnant energy; allowing you to experience more freedom, and ultimately enhances your quality of life.
These packages will include Breath4Life™ Breath Work sessions, the amount depends on the level of package you choose. Each Breath Work session will last 2 hours. You are also entitled to 30 minute clarity calls over the course of the package.
