The calm in the breath,

The ground beneath your feet.

The flow of the stream,

The gentle dream.

Father Sky, Father Sun,

Sweet sweet Mother Earth,

Grandmother Moon,

Star Brothers and Sisters,

Winds of the South,

Winds of the West,

Winds of the North,

Winds of the East,

Great Spirit...

Help us, allow us to remember our very nature, the truth of who we are.
